Growing up and working in the restaurant industry for years, Gino saw firsthand how hard business owners work just to keep things running. He also saw how often they were overpaying, dealing with confusing systems, or left without real support when something went wrong.
 

After that, Gino spent over 6 years in corporate enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, managing client relationships and helping businesses navigate complex technology and operational decisions.
 

That combination — real-world small business experience and enterprise-level consulting — led him to build The Payment Pros.

For the past 5+ years, Gino has helped hundreds of business owners uncover hidden fees, improve their systems, and make smarter financial decisions. His approach is simple: be transparent, be responsive, and actually show up for clients when they need help.
 

Today, through The Payment Pros and in partnership with Trinity Insurance Agency, Gino and his team provide a one-stop solution for payment processing, POS systems, and commercial insurance — all backed by local, white-glove support.
